One of the leading natural beauty brand in Food, Drug and Mass channels The Job The Incumbent will responsible to Manage and deliver a plan to aggressively expand in the Asia markets. Manage channel relationships and drive penetration of these markets. Design and manage effective go to market strategies, including Pricing/ Merchandising/Shelf/Distribution across all channels of distribution and in all markets. Set market growth and profit priorities as it relates to merchandising, assortment, pricing and shelving. Leverage local consumer and market insights and retail environment to develop each retailerís plan. Develop and manage the execution of business plans in each market to deliver budgeted volume, profit, and ROI. Prepare and assign sales and profit targets for all markets or regions.
