Our Client is one of the leading apparel manufacturing company and is listed in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange This Individiual will define and drive HR strategic plans for all business units across the Group, oversee and monitor full spectrum of HR & Admin functions and projects both in HK & PRC. Provide hands-on involvement within scope of responsibilities including policies formulation & implementation, employee relations, manpower planning, staff recruitment, compensation & benefits management, HRIS, performance management, staff training & development, staff activities and general administration. The Candidate must hold a MBA/Degree in Business Administration / RH Mgnt./relevant discipline. Min. 10 years HR & Admin experience of which 5 years at senior managerial level. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Well versed in both HK & PRC Employment Ordinance.
